February 5, 2025. Hi Reader! A few weeks ago, my friend and mentor Michael told me something that stuck with me. Paraphrasing, he said: That made me pause. I know I’ve always had a generalist approach, juggling different things—Fear & Fail and the Fear Enough book, Aurora Coworking, SozialMarie and social entrepreneurship, mentorships, workshops, even working in my orchard. And I love it all. But Michael’s words made me ask myself a deeper question: What do I want to do the most? That’s not an easy question. When you’re someone who wears many hats, who is curious and involved in different things, it’s hard to choose. But clarity isn’t about giving up parts of yourself—it’s about recognizing what energizes you the most and where your biggest impact happens naturally. For me, that answer became clear: Coworking. Not as a business, but as a space where people can be themselves. Aurora Coworking has been the place where all my interests and skills naturally come together—mentoring, fearlessness, digitalization, and community building. It’s where I see the deepest impact of my work. So this year, I’m going all in. I’m doubling down on the integration process, bringing together my experience in digitalization, social entrepreneurship, and mentorship, but in a way that is fully aligned with Coworking. Going deeper instead of broader. I’m launching Aurora Lab, a service that will provide products and services for Coworking spaces and small businesses looking to optimize and automate their processes. And alongside that, I’ll be offering consulting for municipalities, development agencies, and universities interested in launching self-sustaining Coworking spaces—not as trendy projects, but as real, thriving communities. This is the next step in integrating everything I do. It feels right. So now I’ll turn the question to you: I’ll share more soon, but for now, I just wanted to put this out there. If you’re part of this world—if you run a Coworking space, if you’re building something, if you want to exchange ideas—I’d love to hear from you. One-on-one mentorshipMy topics are Life Purpose, Fearlessness, and Life entrepreneurship.
