March 4, 2025. Hi Reader Have you ever thought about integrating the different facets of yourself into one mission? Over the years, I’ve realized something: the IT Pro, the social entrepreneur, the mentor, and the coworking founder aren’t different stages of my evolution. They are aspects of me calling for integration. I often see people puzzled by my work—they don’t fully understand what I do, why I do it, or how I generate revenue. And that creates a bigger problem: potential customers struggle to place me in a category. They don’t immediately see how I can help them. So this year, I took a step back and I made a decision: 💡 My mission: I help entrepreneurs and organizations grow smarter by overcoming fear, building thriving communities, and optimizing work with AI-powered automation. This shift is now reflected on my website → jose.morales.si I’d love to hear—do you feel the need to improve how to communicate the value you offer? Hit reply and let me know. Warmly, One-on-one mentorshipI help entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives navigate fear, make bold decisions, and build meaningful projects. If you need clarity, let’s explore new perspectives together.

February 5, 2025. Hi Reader! A few weeks ago, my friend and mentor Michael told me something that stuck with me. Paraphrasing, he said:"Your life is already having a big impact no matter what you do." That made me pause. I know I’ve always had a generalist approach, juggling different things—Fear & Fail and the Fear Enough book, Aurora Coworking, SozialMarie and social entrepreneurship, mentorships, workshops, even working in my orchard. And I love it all. But Michael’s words made me ask...
January 15, 2025. Hi Reader! How did 2025 receive you? The first weeks of the year often feel like a mix of hope and uncertainty, don’t they? Wherever you find yourself, remember that the best way to stay grounded is to pause the overthinking, go for a walk, and connect with someone you trust. This time, I want to share a short Zen fable with a brief reflection. Here it goes: Once upon a time, by the bank of a river, a scorpion asked a frog for a ride across the water. “I can’t do that,” said...
