With a few simple steps, you can cultivate a mindset of trust and flow—no matter what life brings. Here’s a practical guide to start your mornings with clarity and intention:


1. How is the day starting? Accept reality as it is

3. What would make you feel better? Do something only for you

4. Expecting a tough day? Discover the elephant in the room

5. How’s your body feeling today? Spend a few minutes paying attention to it
