The Undictionary is for you

The Unconference format works so well because it empowers all participants in a conference to take the role of speaker and share knowledge and experiences. The Undictionary works because it enables you and your team to participate in the definition of the words and concepts that matter the most. It is a tool for alignment.

Challenge conventional meanings and express them creatively and innovatively.

For individuals: Create and share your definitions with friends and family to decrease misunderstandings and communicate effectively.

For teams: Align your principles, vision, and mission collaboratively by crafting definitions everybody understands and agrees with.

The Undictionary has two main sections. The first one is the definition of the particular Undictionary: family, my business, AD&D party, team, etc. The second one is the template for the words you want to define in that specific undictionary. This one is a template that will be used multiple times, one per word.

Fear Enough news

As most of you know, the book went public on time, and every customer got now a digital copy. Soon all the pre-order customers will receive a printed version and the audiobook version.

We will also send the audiobook version for the new book customers as a present from Jernej and me.

I have been receiving feedback, and I'm thrilled because my objectives while writing the book are being acknowledged! It is pretty amazing:

"The deepness and the flow of the book are fantastic."

"The interactivity of the book makes the difference."

"The book made me think and recognise the problems I am struggling with."

Will you be so kind to share with your friends and networks the promo link? Here it is for you to copy/paste:

Just a thought

We are all dealing with uncertainty because of individual circumstances in our work environment; family matters, or as individuals. The uncertainty comes from everywhere, and as the years pass, the faster the speed of change feels. There is no indication that the pace of change will decrease; all the opposite, so what can we do about it?

We must stop waiting for better moments and focus more on our well-being. No amount of work or money will relieve the anxiety we feel. It is your responsibility to feel good.

So, we are sending you a:

Jose & Jernej.

March 4, 2025. Hi Reader Have you ever thought about integrating the different facets of yourself into one mission? Over the years, I’ve realized something: the IT Pro, the social entrepreneur, the mentor, and the coworking founder aren’t different stages of my evolution. They are aspects of me calling for integration. I often see people puzzled by my work—they don’t fully understand what I do, why I do it, or how I generate revenue. And that creates a bigger problem: potential customers...

How do you feel when visiting your favorite coffee house?

February 25, 2025. Hi Reader! Creating a space where people can be themselves is, in my opinion, the essence of community building. This applies to teams, companies, clubs, and, of course, families. When we feel comfortable and safe, we are naturally more at ease, ready to connect, and open to being as authentic as possible. Isn't it easier to share an opinion when you feel safe, respected, and included? But what happens when we feel the need to validate ourselves? When we try to fit in with...

February 5, 2025. Hi Reader! A few weeks ago, my friend and mentor Michael told me something that stuck with me. Paraphrasing, he said:"Your life is already having a big impact no matter what you do." That made me pause. I know I’ve always had a generalist approach, juggling different things—Fear & Fail and the Fear Enough book, Aurora Coworking, SozialMarie and social entrepreneurship, mentorships, workshops, even working in my orchard. And I love it all. But Michael’s words made me ask...
